Scan the QR code displayed in your web client to automatically configure your extension.
You are now “ready for calls.”

Instructions and your QR code will appear.
Make a call on your Android device
Using the Android app to make a call is as simple as using your smartphone’s native dialer.
Enter a number via the dial pad and press call, or
Search for contacts by name, extension, or email.
Press the “Contacts” button to access the contact menu and select “Call.”
On an active call, you can:
Transfer (two types):
Blind Transfer: transfers the call directly without speaking to the recipient.
Supervised Transfer: transfers the call after first speaking to the recipient to check if they’ll accept the call. Press Join to complete the transfer.
Conference: add participants to the call.
Record: record the conversation.
Video: enable video (internal calls only).
New Call: put the current call on hold to make a new one.
Schedule a video or conference call
With the Android app, it’s quick and easy to create a conference call or video meeting and invite participants.
To schedule a conference:
Tap the menu button (top left) and select Schedule.
Add a subject and set the date and time.
For a video conference, ensure the Video option is enabled.
Keep Add to calendar enabled to create an event in your device’s calendar and add participants. (Disable if you don’t want to add it.)
Add participants from contacts or by entering their email/phone. Once created, participants cannot be modified.
Tap Save.
You can view scheduled meetings from the Meetings menu and join them if needed.
Participants will receive an invitation with connection details.
To join a meeting by phone line, participants must dial your company number, then enter extension 700 (or 7000 if your system uses 4-digit extensions) to access the conference bridge. They’ll be asked for the meeting ID provided in the email.
Feel free to test and request adjustments from your administrator or TicTelecom support to customize invitation emails.
Create an ad-hoc conference
You can easily add participants to an ongoing call to create an ad-hoc conference.
To escalate a call into an audio or video conference:
Tap the Conference button on the dial pad.
Search by name/extension or enter the number of the person you want to add.
Tap the contact or call number to add them.
If the contact has only one number, it will be dialed and added automatically.
